Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the unique nature of our items, we are only able to offer returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Processing Your Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.
